Waylen has been to 2 parades so far - the first one was the Memorial Day parade and now the 4th of July parade. He loves them, there is so much to see and hear.

Little Chief
This was also at the 4th of July parade in Downtown Farmington. The officer was nice to let us get a picture inside the car!! You see, we have these sort of privileges now that we have a child...or maybe he thought that Waylen would make a good little Chief!!

Amber!
A couple months ago, my friend Amber came to visit from TN!! Waylen was so excited to meet her, although he was a tired little boy after a long walk in the neighborhood. Our friendship means a lot to me and whenever we talk, when we get the chance to, our conversations are always rich with insight and intuition. Love you girl!!

Waylen and Gage!
My friend Molly was visiting from Chicago last week. Im so glad we could get together. We were able to take a walk and chat over some coffee. I was amazed at how well the kids did. Molly's got a toddler as well named Zoe who is unbelievably adorable and such a fun little girl. Waylen and Gage in the above photos, meeting for the first time. Best buds already, holding hands and all. It was so funny seeing the two of them interact. Waylen kept leaning over as if to tell Gage a secret, then Gage contemplating the deep baby thoughts of coo and goo!!
